El Torero in Arkadelphia

Great server only on job 2 days and was polite, and not overly attentive 😊 but the other server/worker decided to close my blind by climbing up on the back of my booth, reaching over my table while I ate??... with out asking me if I wanted my blind closed?? My grilled onions and "one" jalapeño lol when I asked for another was charged an extra .75 cents hmmm. Guacamole Mexicano was maybe a 1/2 cup for nearly $7. I will say the flan was delicious and my company was great "Alex"

Bullshit..... says open till 9 walked in at 8:20 while traveling through the state only to be denied service.... every restaurant I have ever worked at always welcomed customers during BUSINESS HOURS ....F*** this place!

It seems like a decent place when you walk but once you're seated you notice how filthy the floor is. There was chips all around the restaurant on the floor and I stepped over a glop of sour cream coming out of the bathroom. The menu is hard to read due to weird coloring and has way to many options (like a chinese restaurant menu). The chips and salsa were mediocre at best and the rest of the food wasn't any better. Ordered some crispy beef tacos and they didn't drain the grease away which ended up in a big pool on my plate. The prices were on the cheaper side but no where near cheap enough to justify going here again.

Outstanding service, great food and clean (including the floors). Booth seats are a bit far from the tables. I felt like I was going to hit the floor while eating. Dylan above must be a iPhan, because choices seem to intimidate him. Menu is full of delicious choices, but it is a bit hard to read. I struggled though it even without my glasses, however. Will be going back again.

Dined here with my boyfriend today for late lunch. Hostess wasn't so friendly but our server was very attentive and kept asking us if we needed more chips or salsa. Ordered seafood enchilada and ranchero special and the portion was big considering the price. Shrimps were large and grilled very well. Would have been very happy with the food if they weren't so salty. Had to sip water with every bite. Maybe I will ask them to go easy with salt if I happen to dine here again.

Best texmex in arkadelphia. Being from Texas I was a little worried it wouldn't be good. This place would do just fine in Texas. Generous portions, quality ingredients, excellent prices, service was good on a busy day, very clean (including the bathrooms). Every time I visit family in arkadelphia I stop in before going back to Texas.

The food is good, but make sure when you order the lunch, they charge for lunch and not the dinner price. They are not willing to change it either. I will not eat there again.
